University of Sydney – Shepherd St Building

Description: Construction of a new 3 storey educational establishment for The University of Sydney at the existing Rose Street Carpark Site, including associated internal fitout, services, and external landscaping.

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp in July 2023 in a Senior Contracts Management role working as part of the project team, to assist with the early Contracts Administration and Site Establishment, and then continuing in a Senior Contracts Management role for the project (currently committed to December 2023).

Red Cross Lifeblood Donor Centre, Lismore

Description: Refurbishment of the existing blood donor clinic (flood damaged), including associated internal fitout and services for the new ‘Lifeblood’ Donor Centre

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp in August 2022 in a Senior Contracts Management role working as part of the project team, to assist with Site Establishment requirements, as well as manage all Contracts Administration & Management, from commencement right through to completion and client handover.

Description: Construction of a New 3 Storey Centre of Music and Drama building for Meriden College, including associated internal fitout, services, and external landscaping.

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp in June 2021 in a Senior Contracts Management role joining the project team, to assist with the remaining Contracts Administration & Contracts Management right through to completion and client handover. High level interface with the Client Side Project Manager.

Description: Construction of a Six storey Residential Flat building comprising 36 apartments, two levels of Basement parking, and Strata subdivision.

Our Involvement: On the back of carrying out a Development Management role for the client and project Architect (Blu Print Designs) to manage the Design & Construction Certificate (CC) Coordination, SageBuild has now been engaged by the Builder / Developer (Zallcorp Constructions) in a Project Management capacity working alongside the site team to successfully deliver the construction project right through to OC.

Our Involvement:  SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp Asset Solutions in a Contracts Management role to assist with the delivery of the cladding replacement project in order to achieve Fire Rating Compliance with the NCC / BCA.

St Vincent's Emergency Department Refurbishment

Description: Design Finalisation and Construction services for the Psychiatric, Alcohol and Non-prescription Drug Assessment unit and Emergency Department enhancement..

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp in July 2018 in a Senior Contracts Management role working as part of the project team, to assist with the early Contracts Administration and Site Establishment, and then continuing in a Senior Contracts Management role, continuing today. High level interface with the Client side Project Manager.
