Meriden School - Admin & Student Centre 

Description: Construction of a new Two Storey Administration and Student Centre building at the Prep School.

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by Buildcorp Contracting in a Project Management capacity to manage their Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) role in the design process, to provide construction, design, and cost input to assist with the Design finalisation to suit the School’s budget, as well as assist the team with the Tender / ‘Works Offer.

Description: Various existing boarding home buildings located in Sydney's Inner West

Our Involvement: Alongside Architect Blu Print Designs, SageBuild were engaged in a Development Management capacity to review the various Council Inspection Reports on behalf of the property owner, and coordinate and manage the various existing non- compliances to satisfy council and BCA requirements for the use of the boarding rooms. Most items were predominantly with respect to fire engineering and accessibility.

Completion:  Ongoing management to assist with council compliance requirements and closeout
