Founded by David Mansour in 2015, SageBuild is a fully licensed professional Project Management & Construction Company specialising in Residential and Commercial construction in both contract works and property development markets. PROFILE
David Mansour completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Construction Management) at The University of Sydney and graduated with Honours. He has also completed a Cert IV in Building & Construction (Building), as well as a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management).
David has extensive experience working in the construction industry since 2003, including 6 years working for Tier 1 company Lend Lease and 2 years working for Tier 2 company Buildcorp. He has worked in a variety of project and construction management roles in industries such as Commercial, Government, Health Care, Education, and Residential.
Initially working in Project Engineer and Contracts Administration roles, David worked his way up to Project Management roles in the Health Care and Residential Industries, before starting up SageBuild in 2015 with the focus on delivering Low to Medium Density Residential projects, as well as Project Management consultancy across all industries.
David has left a positive mark wherever he has worked. As Managing Director of SageBuild, this has not changed. He is well regarded as an honest, reliable, dynamic, and trusted leader who leaves a positive impression through the quality of work being delivered, and just as importantly, the honest way he does business.
